Affordable guest house. Has a pleasant stay for a night. They serve breakfast on demand. Each room is queen size bed. Nongkrong place is available on the terrace of each floor, and also in the ground floor. Cafe is just side of this small hotel with varieties of bread and coffee. And yes, they are very clean, and i love it the most. Very recommended!

Comfort n strategic location at Balikpapan.
Near to Bukit Damai Indah.
Easy to check in and check out.
But when there are many visitors, you may got difficulty to park your car.
The room is standard, but clean and comfortable.

Good place for low budget traveler. Even family. Clean and hot water, fresh air, good service. Love this place. Better if you book it via airyroom apps. With name Airy damai MT Haryono 31 Balikpapan

Everything is good from service, linen bed, toilet but the AC is not cool enough for big room like that

Standard room with no smoking room. No lift, and bad air conditioner. Good for transit only
