Its good place with its cheap price, the room is clean, ac, tv, double person bed, hot shower are available here. There is self serving coffe and tea too on the 2nd floor. But because balikpapan area are close to the sea the tiles are somewhat sticky and the air too i dont like it but cant do anything bout it
