Rooms were very spacious. However that was the only good thing about this hotel.

The rooms were very dirty and dated. Stains on the bed linen, stains on the wall and the ceiling. Smelled mouldy. The room was also very dimly lit.

Water from the shower smelled funny.
The room wasn't cleaned properly that was used coffee packets just left on the table.

Would not want to stay here again in the future.

It's an old hotel renewed. But as long as I stayed there, I found the room was quite spacious, clean and the wifi run pretty well. The pillow cover needs to be bleached and you can find spider web around headboard's corners. The location is strategic, near beach and local mall and also several diners.

Large space hotel, hot water is good, it has lift. But the light is to dark and the price is to expensive with the facility. Wifi is good. Nearby with good bebek resto. And nearby with another

Wide room and clean. Don't get fooled by the front part of hotel. The lobby and the restaurant interior designs are outdated. But when you go to upper floor and enter the room, it is quite new. They serve breakfast as well (already included in room fee)

+ Large room for affordable price
+ Near the famous mall in the town
+ Hot shower works

Negative opinions:
- Poor house keeping
- tv channels suck, barely something to watch
- For Moslems, it might cause a little unpleasant feelings

Wow great room space, clean u0026 tidy, modern u0026 classic combine, affordable price, strategic location, in the center of Balikpapan city, you can't judge from the exterior, come inside u0026 stay here, you'll surprise.. Best hotel!!

Good value...bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and clean...location in Balikpapan is very central...walking distance to most places...good price, great place...cant complain
