It’s a quite new compound in Balikpapan, have a great location since it’s near to the beach. Unfortunately the club house it’s not as I expect ???? there only a swimming pool there. Since the Covid-19’s attack almost 3 years this place experiences a lack of customer. So don’t be surprised if you found nothing when you go there. But for picnic it’s not disappointing.
