I accidentally left a brand new, tailored white linen dress hanging in the bathroom. When i noticed a a few days later about the missing dress, i reached out to the hotel. They said that the worker throw the dress away with the reason that it looked old and would not be worn again.. but that‘s clearly not the case. The manager said that she didn‘t see the dress and so she could not give any solution to us. Also she lied about not having any contact information from us to contact us about the missing dress, but we booked online with out contact information. Also the blanket of the bed is too small and thin, not comfortable. Poor hotel with poor customer service, never again.

Good location, close to the city but km a quiet area. Very good and big breakfast with options (the banana pancake was the best I had in Bali). Nice pool, it was just for us in the afternoon so we enjoyed it. Friendly staff, always smiling.
Good cleaning. The room it’s ok but could be better. No hot shower and only one towel for two people.
For one night was perfect for us.

Very good value for money and in a good location. Staff is friendly and helpful. If possible, you should prefer the rooms in the back around the (great) pool, as this part tends to be quieter than the one in the front near the reception. It still couldn't hurt to bring earplugs for a good sleep.

In the heart of kuta, quiet guesthouse with very friendly staff. The rooms upstairs have hot water and balcony if you pay a little more, not a/c in mine though. Rooms are nice, with bathroom inside and very clean. Scooters and boat tickets to surrounding islands are available. Also, they can arrange many other things such as laundry. Access to the pool is 24/7, and no problem for night refreshing swim. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Night life as skygarden or the beach are at 5 minutes walking or less

Bathroom and bedcovers are not okay.
Even if you lock your room, the window beside the door can be opened - which makes the room unsecure.

The bathroom sink is also not okay.

Though they provide a cozy place, this inn can improve on a lot of things.

the check-in already started really bad. We booked a double bed room and got a 2 single bed room. One of the staff members looked like he took drugs. Also they can not really speak english very well. The second day we could change in a double bed room were we stayed 3 nights in. The light is a really small light so in the evening it's really dark inside. From the first day on in this room the toilet was blocked and the water comes up every time you use the toilet.. we had to call staff more than 3 times. At the end we had to change the room again for the last 2 nights because they couldn't fix the toilet problem. The breakfast in the morning it's ok but not really much. You can decide between one toast or a one pancake with a tea or coffee. A few fruits are included. We don't have wifi in the rooms and the bed has a lot of dirty spots. We had just one option for electric in the whole room. In the bathroom you have to shower directly next to the toilet so the whole bathroom is wet after shower. Another big thing was the water is cold, there is no possibility to choose warm water. Above the door in the room there are open windows which are covered with a moscito net .. because of the open window you can hear every noise from outside. We had a lot of small flyes in our room. The fan is really weak so it's really hot inside. All in all (even as a backpacker) I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
