I was hit by a surfboard and required to seek urgent medical treatment. The staff in the clinic were super nice and I didn’t have to wait at all to receive medical attention. Dr Jessica was amazing and her treatment (I got 6 stitches in my head) was top class. I wish we had more doctors like her in Australia. She was super caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. I went back for another 3 follow ups which were all at the same level of outstanding care. I feel extremely lucky to have been treated by Dr Jessica and by the service provided by this clinic. They were also super helpful in filling all travel insurance forms. If you are in the Uluwatu area, this is your clinic.

The first time I visited Unicare was back in February. I had a small operation and it went really well. The doctor who did the procedure was dr. Jessica. She was very fast, professional, and friendly. The nurses there were very friendly and resourceful as well. Overall, my experience with Unicare was great and I’ve been going there ever since. Very impressed with the support. And service. Facility was clean the staff were very helpful and supportive and communicated very well when I was sick and confused. I had an accident and my knee ended up wide open. It was really bad, but I was lucky to be taken to Unicare. They did their best to help me, not only physically but mentally too. I was really scared and worried, but Dr. Jessica Tan was so attentive and kind that she made me feel better from the beginning. She is so good and professional that after moving from Uluwatu to Seminyak, I went back to Uluwatu just for her. I’ll never forget you Jessica! I’ll see you every time I see my scar hahaha :)

Dr. Jess and the staff were outstanding. Came in for some stitches and she had a wonderful gentle touch. 10/10 would get cut to get stitches again.

It's not a big clinic, but this is the best choice for the medical care in the south of Bali. Their service is excellent and so friendly.
I'm impressed by the doctor who took care of my wound when I was in Uluwatu, her name is Dr.Vio, she explained everything and so clear. She's so professional and so smart.
