Absolutely outstanding service. I made a last minute appointment for a general check up and was seen within a day. The doctor was very nice and thorough. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and made the process very pleasant. A week after my appointment they followed up to see how I was feeling. The best service I’ve ever received in a medical context!

I went to the clinic as a traveller and was really satisfied with their service. Their English is good, they take the time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment very well, the staff is extremely friendly and everything was super uncomplicated.
I received all the documents I needed for my travel insurance and getting an appointment was possible each and every day.

If you are a foreign traveller I can only reccommend coming here with your health concerns.

We went there for a ear checkup and didn‘t wait for five minutes. The team there was very kind and they gave great service: super fast whatsapp contact and digital medical results.
We received some medication and also the examination was undertaken carefully.

Cannot recommend this clinic enough! My husband and I were visiting Bali and got into a motorbike accident. The team here were incredible in our care, including 10+ stitches in my knee. They acted quickly and professionally and talked us calmly through our treatment. Uluwatu Medical Care made an awful situation much better!

Great and fast service. The doctor spends a lot of time by explaining medication treatment and speaks really good Englisch. The nurse is great as well and really calm and friendly.
It is not really cheap but it is great and fast help!

This is one of the best medical centers. I’m in Bali just for 2 weeks and had a surfing accident so I had to get some stitches and they did it perfectly and everything was so clean and so amazing. I know how it feels to go to a medical center in a different country but I swear this medical center makes you feel like you’re home

Wish I could say better about this place. They booked me in very efficiently, but neglected to diagnose me properly only to realise a week later that I in fact had a parasitic infection. My symptoms weren’t necessarily heading that direction however when I went home that day I spiked a fever and that should’ve been their first indication. When I visited they gave me an IV but the nurse seemed quite under confident and missed my vein making 2 injuries not just one,
