Great local dining place and grill. They do very delicious potato wedges and sautéed veggies and great grilled fish. The owner of this place also has a fresh seafood market next door, so you can choose fresh fish or seafood and ask to grill it. Every time pleasant music plays and you can enjoy a very nice view while dining. Price is affordable and the place is definitely recommended to visit.

Tips : they sell package for baked fish at IDR 60k for small fish. It is enough for one person. I ordered baked fish with Jimbaran sauce and taste is so so. Since the seafood is fresh, so it makes the taste better. However, if you buy raw seafood, you will be charged for cooking service IDR 30k/kg.

Amazing place with great fresh seafood. I think the best seafood in Canggu and good price. I eat there usually fish and prawns but there are more options like squid or mussels. Just go and check it out.

A hidden gem in Canggu
Recommended by local and it didn’t disappoint us. The waiting time is bit longer then other restaurants as they need to prepare the fish or other seafood that you choose from scratch.
Go early so you have more choice on the seafood and don’t go with the empty stomach.
Each person spend bout 15 dollar but you might spend lesser as we are big eaters (6 dish for 2 pax????)

Tonight we had an amazing culinary experience in a local seafood restaurant.
it wasn’t a fancy restaurant but the food we have eaten was probably the best we had abroad.
The concept of the restaurant is that you choose your fish from the market, super fresh obviously, and they cook it for you.
We shared a grilled snapper that was to die for, grilled squid, tiger prawns, clams, rice, vegetables and pak choi.

We liked it so much that we decided to return for the oysters, crabs and lobsters.
We didn’t know we had to book in advance so they were not available.
What an unforgettable experience

P.S if you’re wondering how much our meal costed? Around £25 ????

So the restaurant is next to a small fish shop. The concept is that you go buy fresh fish/at the shop and ask them to give it to to the restaurant for grilling. To make things even better, the fish are farmed right behind the restaurant. Organic of organic! The food was served to us on time by the friendly staff. The portions are huge too and the food is so tasty. I have eaten prawns around the world but these ones had that rich prawny taste that you don’t find in many countries.Must go back for more
