Had great fun. W tried the mission impossible room. It was one of the weirdest room I have ever tried. It was full of unexpected suprises (no spoils!!).

We did three of their escape rooms while in Bali and enjoyed all of them but kidnapped. We started off with the Alice in Wonderland themed room and we had a great time. Puzzles were good and really enjoyed how you started the game. Then we did Mission Impossible. It was also lots of fun and more physical. We should have stopped there. Last one we did was kidnapped and none of us enjoyed it. It was dark the whole time and two flashlights are not enough with a team of four. The puzzles were really hard and didnt make any sense. Collectively, we have done over 50 escape rooms and this was the least favourite. This is the only room we tried that I cant recommend. The rest are a good time.

The escape room was awesome, very well thought, different from usual and fun...
However I feel like the customer service could have been much better and yes the maintenance should be improved.

Quick example.. We thought we found the code to open a lock, but the lock wouldn't open! Therefore we thought we were wrong and not knowing what else to do we used one of the helps.

The guy gets into the room and tells us the code, exactly what we had used! So yes we were correct but the lock was faulty! All up we wasted more than 10minutes to open the lock which is a lot of time and a bit of an inconvenience while doing an escape room....

We felt like this wasn't our fault and the management should have taken responsibility for it. In my opinion we should have been given back those 10min to actually keep playing rather than just "oh we were a bit unlucky" ????

Otherwise good fun!

We did the Mission Impossible room and it was pretty cool. A lot more physical than rooms I have done previously so don't even consider it if you have any kind of physical problems (they didn't ask us about this before entering). One of the rooms resulted in one of our group smashing their elbow which caused it to bleed. Despite this it was a great room. Staff are amazing. We didn't finish and it would be nice if they explained how we were meant to do it but we were left wondering. Definitely worth a try but be prepared and ready for anything!

We went back after 2 years and their service is always amazing. The staffs are friendly to help you when you got stuck in the room. I love their lobby with a lot of pictures on the wall which is super cool. We tried the Egyptian one and love it so much.

They were accommodating to our group's physical needs. Polite and helpful staff. Only played one scenario with our travel group but the room had plenty of distractions and was generally challenging albeit rather linear. An overall fun experience.

Great puzzle and riddles! Totem gave 50 minutes to solve 1 escape room. I tried the Egyptian Secret room, and finished 70% of it. It was hard! Absolutely gonna try again next time. Too bad there's no handy-talky to ask for hint, you have to wave your hand to the CCTV and the officer is going to thw room to give the hint. It's kinsa ruin the mood of the whole storyline. Keep it up!
