Simply beautiful.
Brings a whole new dimension to my fitness training program with the biggest swimming pool in Uluwatu. Doing laps surrounded by boutique design makes sweating in the pool enjoyable, the lighting at night is fabulous.
Great place to have an intimate group gathering.

Extremely beautiful views, best place to watch the sunset. Cafe has excellent food and service was the best we have had in Uluwatu. Will be back next time in Bali! :)

Amazing place! Mediterranean style! Tapas restaurant. Best pool w view! Great sunset! Happy hour! Perfect for lunch. Day beds. Accomodation and wellness center! Love it

If you want a pause from your hectic city life, then Toraja Bambu is perfect for you. I really enjoyed my stay and loved the unique concept and view from my room. Traditional and very eco friendly. All staff were resourceful and attentive, esp Ms. Sarah who was going extra miles to ensure I'm provided with everything I needed. The food was superb. But I hope in near future our government will let them add more transportation options, because location-wise the hotel is on secluded area. Having to pay expensive local transport fare without no choice is such a bummer. Overall it was very pleasant stay I'd gladly recommend Toraja Bambu to everyone.

The architecture is unique and a huge plus. The rooms are varied but generally offer great charm. Service is delightful. Food can be delicious from on site restaurant. Outdoor bathrooms are wonderful and liberating.
Although aesthetics is outstanding there are some issues with practical things here. Eg pool has no steps to get in and out . General maintenance atound pool could be better. Would not suit anyone who struggles with mobility. No hot water but not a big issue. Sound insulation is obviously quite poor. Bed size advertising is misleading. It was a Queen not a king.
Food portions are small

By far one of the most unique hotels I have ever been! It’s not only a hotel.. it’s an experience. The owner/designer clearly thinks about her guests in minimal details. This is the BEST HOTEL this area! I feel home, but my magical home. It’s my 3rd time staying at Toraja Bambu and I wish I could have live here forever! The staff is always ready to go above and beyond my needs! I love you Toraja Bambu!!!

We stayed in one of the traditional Balinese houses with outdoor bathroom. Loved the place, the decorations, the quality of facilities and amenities. The food was pretty good as well although the portions were (too) small. The reason I give a 4 out of 5 star rating is because in the room there were two bottles of wine for sale which were unbelievably overpriced. I'm a bit allergic to such things.
