I've always love their buffet whether it's brunch or special occasion. What I love the most how curated the menu is and how it's nicely presented.

Don't expect your usual all food dumped buffet. Instead they present them in small portion which makes the food looks even more exquisite and alluring.

They also serve them at a very right portion, small but not too small. Which I think this is very smart, as you don't get full easily and able to try all of the food serve in the buffet

Staffs are always friendly and eager to help to ensured us a pleasant time.

From all the hotel buffets, this is definitely my most favourite.

Amazing!!! This resort was absolutely exceptional. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made it so special with the treats, rose petals in the bathtub, and red rose! The rooms are sooo pretty! We stayed in the lagoon villa and it was gorgeous! Quick walk to the beach from the villas which I loved! The service here is also excellent! Everyone so friendly and attentive. It really is a whole experience staying here! One of my favorite hotels and stays!!!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The staff were wildly accommodating and kind (shout out to Parwati who was the best and always remembered us). Amazing food, fantastic facilities and great location.

Five stars all around: The rooms, restaurants, pools, the grounds, easy beach access. What really takes this resort over the top is the staff. Shout out to our butler Andi and also Sopan at the Boneka restaurant. Everyone is so kind and greets you anytime you walk past them. We can’t wait to go back!

I wrote a same review on tripadvisor also but i wanna share my review with travelers here also, so here it is:

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!! All the way from entrance to the beach, every part if well designed. Strong balinese influenced theme. Rooms are spacious as every room is at least a Junior suite. Multiple dining options. A very relaxing hotel.

Best part of the hotel is this massive lagoon which guests can swim in, it really feels like u r swimming in the middle of a jungle and encountering ancient ruins in the middle. A beautiful experience for sure.

There is also another swimming pool near the beach, which is beautiful also,

The beach is quiet but not deserted, its a very good hotel option for couple, although kids are welcomed too of course.

Villas a beautiful if u like to spurge a little bit.

Went for brunch on Sunday u0026 it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. Food was top tier, staff was hospitable u0026 views were breathtaking. Went to the restroom u0026 it was the best I've seen.

Massage and spa extremely over rated and priced - light fittings not installed correctly and hanging around the outdoor spa (which wasn’t correctly working, jets broken) and inside steam room (LEDs flickering) (aElectrical hazard?) - took 20 minutes to wait for a taxi after booking, when asking; staff were on their phones, when they actually chased it up they sent the taxi to the wrong pick up destination. For the money, you’d expect A LOT better.
