The rooms are great- spacious, luxury feel and design, bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub plus a closet. The bed and pillows are that 4/5 star feel. The hotel is in a quiet part of town. Nothing really within walking distance but ordering a taxi through a local app was easy and cheap enough to travel everywhere we wanted to go. But other than that, this hotel is quite deserted still (feels like a ghost town). The restaurant was empty besides a couple people each time we saw it. The pizza and potato wedges were okay quality (not worth it though) so we ate out for all our meals. They also didn’t allow us to charge it to our room. I don’t recommend booking taxis through the hotel as it’s triple the going rate. It took 24 hours to get our laundry back (which was crazy to me). Staff tried to be friendly but I just sensed depression through them. Anyways, worth a comfy room! The room is def 4/5 stars but the hotel itself has a way to go to redeem that holistic rating.

The room is spacious and clean, especially the living room. But for the bedroom and bathroom is a little bit poorly maintained.
The hotel staff is super friendly.
The location is far from the main street so it is nice and quite.

The Sintesa Residence Jimbaran is an absolutely STUNNING hotel, with the most accommodating staff. They are so warm and welcoming and only too happy to help. They treated us like family, and are so good with kids. We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, one of the nicest places we have stayed in Bali, in fact anywhere in the world (and we have stayed in some of the finest 5 star hotels around Europe, Australasia and America)! We felt at home, and the staff treated us like family. The food and drinks were well priced and delicious, the welcome drinks were so tasty and refreshing. We loved the Indonesian breakfast, me goreng or nasi goreng. Our 13, 10 and 3 yr old LOVED the pool table and karaoke machine. The beds were so comfy and we didn't need a portable cot as their were 2 twin beds, a queen bed and a king bed. The 2 bathrooms had deep baths and large showers. Great for a family of 5. The apartment was well air-conditioned, and had all the amenities such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, a water cooler (so didn't need to buy water), and an oven with stove top. The views from this hotel are amazing as they arenat the top of a hill, and the main street is just a 2 minutes taxi ride away. One of the most beautiful beaches Jimbaran beach is not far. I highly recommend this fantastic, luxurious hotel for any family. I didn't want to leave and miss the beautiful staff. Can't wait to come back and hopefully as they get more people coming after Australia's borders being closed and only recently opened, the other amenities such as the spa facilities.

The hotel was very empty, the food at the restaurant (chicken) was still frozen, there was no soap but the toilet and room was clean. It has a great Gym and the price was really cheap paid 29$ for one night.

The rooms are luxury feel and design. The bed and pillows feels like 5 star hotel. The hotel is in quite area and feels like abandoned hotel because of Covid-19 pandemic.

We had a family trip (wedding) and stayed at Sintesa. The room is spacious and clean, bathtub in every room, staff really helpfull, they over an amazing services.
Really recommended to stay at Sintesa.

Not a 5 stars... many facilities closed... but staff extremely friendly and nice, it make changes my mind during the holidays.. I hope you will recover soon
