We had a trip booked for May 2020 and effectively the Hotel stole our money as we were no permitted top leave Australia at that time due to Covid.
We requested a refund and were refused - the hotel was blaming Accor policy and Accor was blaming the Royal Beach policy.
We were issued with a credit voucher with no expiry date - supposedly.
I have tried calling the hotel today and the number simply rings our and my emails are being ignored.
It seems I have done my money and the credit voucher is of no value.
