Great place to stay before flight home. Overall looks a little rundown. Comfy bed though. Staff very nice.

The room is quite cozy and we booked 2 deluxe room which is that are the expensive one, but the water heater didn't work and the remote for AC also didn't work.
We stayed for 3 days and they said that they will fix the water heater, but untill we were check out the water heater still didn't work.
I gave 2 star for the kindly staff and free airport accommodation.
NB : we got 2 different type of room (one room with bath up and the other room without bath up)

We stayed at The Radiant Hotel and Spa for one night after reaching Bali close to midnight. An average hotel, nothing to shout about. Here is why:Good:1. Check-in and check-out were fast as no deposit was required. Special thanks to the check-in staff for making our night a little less stressful (see point 1 below).2. Buffet breakfast spread was okay, but overall it was good. There were local food, bread and pastries, fruits and drinks.3. Bed was okay, firm enough for a good rest.Bad:1. Upon clearing customs and immigration at the airport, we proceeded to the arrival area to look for our driver, as per our arrangement with the hotel. After searching up and down for almost 30 minutes, he was no where to be found so we went up to the information counter and paged for him. No one came after 15 minutes, so we thought of booking a GoCar to bring us to our hotel. However, the officer at the information counter told us that GoCar was banned and we had to walk out of the airport area to the main street to catch our ride. To reduce our hassle, believe it or not, he "offered" to fetch us for a fee of 5 USD! I declined his "offer" and went to purchase a local SIM card to contact our driver. To our surprise, our driver then miraculously appear in front of the information counter!2. We had two bath towels but one was dirty and with a hole on it. Since it was already close to 3am and we had to wake up early in the morning for our tour, we did not bother to request a new one.3. Shower screen door let out a loud squeek every time it was opened and closed and looked like it was going to be detached any time soon.4. Bedsheet had stains on it, but since it was only for a few hours' sleep, again we did not bother raising it with customer service.Yea, so that's about it. Overall, our experience with the hotel was not the best but not very good either. Fit for a night, we would say. Fortunately, the breakfast was not too bad.

it was a fantastic experience here at the radiant hotel u0026 spa. we really enjoyed our time there. The room was actually not very great but I guessed it was very much okie with cheap price. But I really loved the services and staffs here. They were quite friendly and helpful to us. We did try some dishes at the restaurants of the hotel and we had to admit they were fairly good than we expected. Food price was also quite good so we almost never had a chance to try food outside the hotel. the location was quite near the airport so you could ask the hotel to pick you up or give a ride to the airport.

I think the reviews make this hotel look better than it is. We were put into a room that smelt VERY damp and not nice at all. We called and asked if we could change room. The reception were very good in changing us right away. The room we stayed in was lighter and did not smell. People arrived very late and were so loud, which kept us awake.The breakfast was average, there was a selection but most cold and not amazing quality.The best thing was the reception staff and the airport drop off. We were only staying in the hotel for one night before leaving Indonesia, I just think the description makes the hotel to seem more luxurious.

Budget hotel at best. Not to say it was bad, just what you pay for. This place is very close to airport so helps a lot when it's a single night stay. Staff is courteous. Rooms not special, basic but functional.

Property located very close to airport and they provide compliment pick up and drop facility. Hotel ambience is good and located in s peaceful area away from the market. You need to walk around 300m for restaurants and other shops. Hotel provides free shuttle to Discovery mall every day at 10 am. They serve buffet breakfast with a widespread. We found the vegetarian dishes for dinner very delecious though with very limited options. Rooms are clean and spacious with strong WiFi. Washrooms need renovation and look quite old though clean.
