We booked the two bedroom suite with balcony.
Pros: the staff is excellent at their jobs. The room was spacious and clean. Pools (yes, pools. There's another in the next builiding) were clean and well maintained.
Cons: hotel is a bit old but nothing that is a problem. The rooms are still clean and in awesome conditions. I really can't find another con.

All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

It's an amazing stay here.
First of all, the location is good. Everything is nearby like spa and supermarket and even beach where you can learn surfing. Staffs are all very nice and friendly especially Sarah from front desk. She helped us when checking in and asked about feedback. This place is all good for families, couples and friensa. I recommend to stay in suite with family.(highly recommended) Breakfast is very good as well with variety of choices! Beautiful place!

This hotel offers a really good location and service. In particular, the spa, which you can enjoy while staying, gives vitality to your tired body. Furthermore, thanks to the kindness of the staff Ms. Sarah, she is super helpful and kind. My family keep good memory from the first day to the end. We really suggest people to stay in this hotel. Also, we got an upgrade stay in one bed room villa. It is a verrrrrry convenience stay as we have our own private pool and super large villa!

Been here before. Love the location surrounded by shops, beach 5 minutes away. Seminyak great place to stay
Hotel offers good smorgasbord every morning.
Fantastic pools and bar and food can be ordered from pool bar. Transport drivers available from out front to take you any where you want to go. Lots of inexpensive massage shops around or a beauty spa at the haven.
Dinner also available every night at the haven.

I booked this hotel on many recommendations on booking sites and good deals. Overall the hotel is clean, nice, friendly staff and reasonable location.
On the first night i was placed in a ground floor room next to the pool. I would not recommend these rooms. The balcony leads to a busy walkway where hotel guests to the other wing seem to constantly be walking. Also at 7am a noisy family decided to use the pool right outside my room.
I was moved to the second floor the next night which was much better and would recommend asking for high floor when booking.
The quality of the breakfast was average at best and I ended up going to The Brunch Club cafe down the road for breakfast which was incredible so I would recommend that instead.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend if you wan’t something nice on a budget only.

Our 4 night stay at the Haven was superb! The facilities are very clean and the ground sleeping staff work very hard all day to make it look amazing! The reception staff are helpful with very good English. All the staff here are amazing and will always welcome you, treat you well and check if you need anything. All for an amazing price! I’m personally anaphylactic to different Nuts and when I alerted them about this they treated with the most urgency and made sure everything was perfect whether it was the breakfast buffet or the room service! I can’t recommend it enough! If your looking for a perfect place to stay in Seminyak you cannot go past the Haven!

Felt super safe and clean. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Even when my key card stopped working because the door scanner thing was low battery, they were quick to fix it and have been very attentive to anything I’ve needed. It’s also quiet in the rooms at night, you can still hear some street noise but definitely not as much as it could be at all since it’s a loud area in general. I recommend staying here!
