The hotel itself is clean and in a good location, you can literally reach anything by foot. The staff is friendly and helpful.
They offer a small breakfast buffet, which das okay for me but you can easily get breakfast in one of the restaurants around the hotel.

Unfortunately there is some kind of karaoke bar next to the hotel, the music is extremely loud and the singing often terribly out of tune. Bring earplugs if you plan to stay there and you want to sleep. :)

Horrible noise from bars/clubs next to the hotel. All music coming to the room, vibrating through the building. Stupid to have accommodation and entertainment venues right next to each other.

Room itself is nice design and comfortable.

The room was a bit small but very clean. Housekeeping started cleaning the room next door early in the morning, banging the walls and dragging chairs/table instead of lifting it to to move it. It was very loud and to early (before 9am). I'm normally an early riser and it would not have been a problem, however, the nex bars nearby play very loud music (most often just screaming profanity instead of actually singing and no it's not karaoke night) until about 2-3am every other day. If you're not in Bali for the night life then this might not be the place to book due to the noise.

Hotel itself is clean and nice, but it’s located right next to the music bar. If you are unfortunately chosen to the room next to the street, you have to sleep right next to super loud live music bar and almost impossible to sleep.

Serenity place in the middle of crowded place. Love the access to pool.

I stayed here twice during my trip to Bali in April and June of 2018. A great value of money. They have standard rooms, most of which are pool facing, and breakfast facility. Its just 10 mins walk down to the Kuta beach. Lots of supermarkets, restaurant, massage centers and pharmacy around.

We booked a premium room. We got a room with very poor view u0026 they did not upgrade or solve our problem. I don’t see the point of paying extra for a premium room with water leakage damage on the wall. It was not very fresh. However, the staff was very sweet, we wouldn’t blame them. Maybe management should be more accommodating u0026 not treat customers lightly. would have helped. There are other better hotels in the area. Do not recommend this one.
