Good for the price. Started off with miso soup (a little too salty for my taste) and chuka mix salad (amazing). Needed to wait for quite a while for our sushi sashimi combination even though there were only a few people there. Ended the night with salmon mental roll, which I think tasted the best since the fish weren’t the freshest here. But all things considered, we had a good experience. The restaurant had fun decorations too, great if you like to take cute pictures but I personally felt like they were all a bit trippy. Spent 450k here for two people.

Taste is great! But for some reason there are some little imperfections in the sushi dish like chilli sauce (saus sambal) on the top of the sushi u0026 mentai sauce, or even too much tanuki that makes eating a bit hard u0026 easy to spill over the table. But I still like the taste + the sushi size is pretty big.

The interior and ambience is also good and comfortable. They also have a variety of menu.

What started off as a pretty amazing evening took a rough turn after the main course arrived. The miso soup was amazing with generous miso, tofu and mushrooms, the mixed chuka salad and edamame were also very good.

The baked tuna rolls and Sakura rolls were also unexpected delights with fun strong flavors.

The deluxe sushi platter did not live up to the name. The sushi maki was bland and tasteless, and the sushi would not stick to the rice and was not very good. The sashimi however, was a disaster, as evidenced by my half chewed tuna. The tuna, salmon and scallop were all off and pretty much brought the night to a screeching halt. That they didn’t refund the 340k Rp price for the dish was insult to injury as the chef insisted that the fishy-smelling nasty textured tuna and salmon were fresh.

A 100% definite pass for sashimi and raw sushi. However despite the slow service, fun decor and a wide variety of cooked items might give you a good taste of Semi-traditional Japanese food.

Great value for the price. A hidden gem. It might not look appealing from the outside, but definitely try the foods here. The old sign outside suggests that it has been around for some time.

Try Kamameshi Original, it’s absurdly delicious. Generous portion for two. The enoki was also great, and huge portion as well. Sushi was also great!

Great place to enjoy sushi in Bali. They give 20% discount, which makes it totally worth it. Staff need to be more attentive in serving the customers, so guests don't have to call over and over again.

Good food quality and value for money.

The place parking lot often has many cars and motorcycles, so we visit to see if it’s that good.

And it does.

Place is large with many indoor and outdoor seating.

Menu is extensive and cover many kinds of Japanese dishes.

I was worried of the good quality due to the large menu, but food quality turns out to be good.

There are some 200k+ items if you want, but most mains are in 70k+ range. Ocha cost 9,800 rupiah, can be refilled. Very good value for money.

Worth a visit if you like sushi. The quality is on par with many higher priced establishment.
