The roomservice was nice as well and reachable. Friendliness of the hotel staff made our stay here worthwhile. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. I was very impressed with the public transportation. Their aiport transfer fee was so expensive compare with taxi fee.

Good people run this place. Staffs are really nice, except the bellboy (or security, I'm not sure) not helpful at all. Not many facility but with price like this, it's worth it. The location is a bit far to walk anywhere but still manageable. Nearby Bali bakery, we love it. Breakfast is so so, they're not good at making soup dishes, taste like salt water.

I spent a week here in August this year and was really delighted with my experience. Warm welcome from the staff as we check in and out. The size is the room isn't too small just like the usual budget hotel. Kitchen area had no utensils. We thought that we payed a correct price for what we received.

This hotel located quite far from the beach, but it's really near from Krisna Sunset Road or Starbucks Reserve Dewata. When my friends and I stayed in the superior room on February 10 2020, the hotel still ongoing renovation. Most of the room didn't have the telephone (to call the room service), my bathroom also doesn't have the glass door to prevent the leak, and my friend's room doesn't have the hair dryer. One of the most disappointing thing is just that I can't have another keycard (only one per room), it's really hard to go outside at night if your friend is sleeping so you had to press the bell a lot in order for your friend to open the door. Well, I had a good sleep overall.

Good location n easy acces to anywhere. Transport was great. You get what you pay for. Clean and basic. The location of this hotel is rather quiet for those who come to Bali for a holiday but find the hotel that is not crowded, you have to try to come here.

All the staff of this hotel are vary friendly. There is food court nearby the hotel. So any one can easily try different types of local as well as international food like Japanese susi. The hotel does not have bar for alcoholic beverages like whisky, brandy, vodka etc except beer. They plays a traditional music in the reception, restaurant and lobby area almost all the time, which is vary pleasant to ear relaxing. I really like that music.

I'm really disappointed :
1. Breakfast was not buffet because few visitors(every day nasi goreng), on the last day we have buffet menu because there's a group of visitors, but the buffet menu only served simple things.
2. The lift on the first and second day was turned on, the morning third day i can use it, but on the afternoon when i want to check out, the lift was switches off (there's maintenance), i had to pull my big bags and use stair, the problem happened when i slip off and hurt my ankle.
3. The location was not good if you want to walk around, minimart quite far
4. There's no hotel's sandal, the staff said that they run out of it,
5. You need to ask the toothpaste.

The positive thing was the staff was nice and give you smile.
