For a complete fine dining experience this restaurant is the place to go in Bali. The staff are incredibly polite, attentive and accommodating. The tables are beautifully set with a nice evening view over a dimly lit rice paddy. The menu is predominantly seafood cooked in a modern way with plenty of Asian influence. All dishes were plated beautifully with the food delicate and delightful to the taste buds. Yummy desserts capped of a wonderful meal. Pricing is on par with the quality of the food and service.

The best restaurant I had throughout my trip in Bali. It all started with a big welcome by the receptionist. My friend and I were seated under the big hut which is nicely decorated both at the bar and dining area.

Waiters know the food well and are willing to discover and ask the chef if needed. No one can stop me but I had to give my compliments several times to my friend.

The little details they did can tell they are aiming to be the best in the city. I will definitely return to there for more delightful gourmet.

My favorite restaurant in Bali, every time I come here I would go. Amazing environment made of bamboo structure and nice jazzy music. Fresh seafood with sophisticated condiments. It is on a pricier side but totally worth it! And for the quality it offers, it is still cheaper than other big cities such as Hong Kong! Will keep coming back and recommending everyone

A delicious, fresh meal served in a gorgeous Bali landscape. Everything about Sardine's was wonderful; from the ambiance, service, cocktails, to the delicious food. I had the whole fish (large enough to split) and more appetizers than I can recall. Definitely make this a stop on your culinary adventure!

Amazing and surprising. From the road you don’t expect to walk into such a beautiful open restaurant looking out to rice fields, you really feel like you’re in Bali and not the middle of Seminyak.
Amazing service u0026 friendly, attentive staff.
The food was also amazing and had plenty of gluten free options. Even bought out GF crisps rather than the bread basket offered.
All food was so fresh and left incredibly happy and full.
Would highly recommend going for any occasion but would be lovely for special occasions.

We enjoyed but were not blown away by Sardine. My ceviche was lovely but the rest of the meal was pretty average. The setting and location are rather quaint and the rice field out front adds to the experience.

Beautiful restaurant under a bamboo pavilion and next to a rice field. Very fresh food and quite delicious all that we ordered. Small portions though. The hamachi sashimi was amazing. The duck Bun bao was very juicy but the meat portion was only testimonial. We moved to have the dessert next to the rice fields... very nice place!
