Overall the place was very good. When they help cook it feels a bit rushed even when the place wasn’t busy while we were their. I think it would have been better if I cooked it all myself but still good for Yakiniku. My kids really enjoyed the short rib meat and sirloin.

The decor is great and the helpfulness of the staff was very good. Overall for the family of 4, we spent less than $100 and ate until all of us were stuffed.

The food was great and so was the service. Great place to come with friends, family or the second half. Services should be improved but staff try the best they can and are very friendly

Very nice location with lovely stuff. We went here to eat sushi and katsu. Everything was super delicious. Highly recommend it! Thank you:)

Very stylish place. Great food. I was just little disappointed that there is very little of vegetarian food. And we spent the most money ???? in a restaurant in Bali, which wasn’t great either.

This is one of my favorite places. Everything is good here, design, cuisine and service. But I only like the first floor.

fish is not the freshest, i don’t like soy sauce. a bit overpriced. but ice cream dessert is really good

Food quality not so great.

The staff keep promoting the 875 wagyu shabu package but it offers no ala carte meat for shabu.

Sorry, but since Kempinski has a similarly priced Shabu package, I fail to see how I should trust this place with a 875 shabu package where the only way I can have more meat is to buy another package.

We have to settle with buying a la carte menu, with primarily ramen.

We ordered a pork dish, yet it was the worst pork dish we ever had in Bali. I can understand if I eat pork in Jakarta and it taste not so great, yet in Bali, I expect pork to at least taste ok.

Yet it didn’t. The pork smells and we returned the dish. The staff came back and say that perhaps it’s not to our taste, ok sure, perhaps the same way a rotting fish smelled fish dish would not be to our taste.

Overall, not a great experience.
