Most of the bars on the street had live bands playing music so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. We found The Rosemary to be an oasis of calm. The service was very good and the staff very friendly and polite. There was a good selection of reasonably priced food and drink.. Comfortable seating areas with fans.

Was drawn in by some chap in a cool light blue suit ????
So glad I did, ordered the snapper and surf and turf.
One of the best steaks I've ever had ????

Have a live band Tuesday and Fridays and they are fantastic ????

overall food is pretty good (but avoid the soto ayam). upstairs setting, relaxing but not too stuffy; each table Has a fan. Service very kind but kitchen is very slow. good prices. Quiet compared to the bustling street below. Free garlic bread. overall, average.

Beautiful restaurant above the busy streets, I recommend enjoying the sunset over dinner here. Food was average though, I hope they improve in the future and then this place will be perfect.

Great food, great drinks and awesome service. Staff were lovely. Surprisingly when we went we were the only couple, throughout our meal people started coming in.. spare ribs were delicious!

Icy cold Bintangs - I only had the bruschetta, but it was lovely. It was great sitting on the stepped seating watching the people go by .
I think the only thing that puts people off are the steep stairs, however at the top it opens up to a lovely eating area
