I got this hotel at the last minute booking because other venue was fully booked. BUT I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is located right in the Sunset Road, quite literally in the middle of everywhere esp when you plan to go to Denpasar.

Staff service was excellent; they got many trainees with excellent attitude. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. It was informed upon check-in that cleaning service was request-based, the room was clean and airy (thanks to the balcony).

All in all, it was a happy stay. I'd definitely return here again in my next trip.

Arrived and just checked in 03 Aug 2022 The images of the pool are old. There is no shade umbrellas on the roof top pools and it is extremely hot on the top level. The pool on the first floor offers shade but it stinks of mould and the decking is falling apart and the bar is still closed. I am a member of Wyndham and I would never come here again. I have not even been in the room. Lucky we are just using the hotel for the day.
Shame on the owner for not using the locals to fix up the place during Covid.
Using Covid as an excuse is not good enough. The place has been run down for more than 2 years.
The staff as always are extremely friendly and helpful.

I didn’t expect too much since I know hotels internationally aren’t always the absolute best but this one met my standards in terms of furniture, bedding and lighting of the room. The reason why it’s missing 3 stars is because we left early as a family at 11am and explored Bali the entirety of our day just to come to our room being unclean. The expected clean rooms with new towels and bedsheets but we’re disappointed. What definitely caught us off guard was some of our stuff was misplaced, meaning they came in to our room, yet didn’t clean it. Also super sus for doing that.

Possibly the worst possible experience I ever had in any Ramada that I have stayed at. First I was offered a room with no view, after requesting for a change got a better room and the AC started dripping water in first 20 minutes if my stay there. It took them 3 hours to fix that without offering me another room. The washroom drain had some problem so the floor was always wet and if you happened to spill any shampoo or body wash pray for your life then. The rooms have poor sound proofing, I could hear the guests next room. The AC started dripping again in the middle of the night.

Overall : Really bad experiences
- already turned on "do no disturb" but the house keeper still knocking the door
- there was a hole in the ceiling (close to ac), so we need to switch room. But they gave a room which was very dirty (on the bed u0026 towel - like nobody clean up for a long time ) u0026 the hair dryer is also broken.

A little bit out of the way for anywhere to go on foot, unless you visit the nearby shopping centre, which is excellent.
The rooms are ok but could do with some TLC. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.
