A bit too pricy for it’s value, not possible to use swimming pool after sunset, it is not lighted, quite bad noise insulation, as noises from other side of the street (supermarket with bars, music I suppose) are heard. A/C was working quite loud as whistling noises can be heard. Linen had some spots, but towels seemes to be clean.

Room a bit old but okay to spend 1-2 night. Close to airport and the hotel offers airport transfer which is very convenient.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. the staffs were very helpfull. they provided 3-5 food variant for breakfast buffet during our stay. not a quite neighbourhood, had several makan places u0026 minimarts ????????????

Not clean and nice rooms. However, the staff is very friendly and the airport free pick up and drop off service is very good.

I stayed here during Nyepi day for 5d4n, got free upgrade from booking.com plus breakfast. Room was not new but quite comfortable. Some things cons in my opinions are the fridge totally not cold at all, the wifi okay but even in reservations written was buffet but actually not, i felt not comfortable with it because the limited self service. The great things from this hotel was they provide free airport shuttle, any time you need a ride to airport event at 4.30 am and around hotel area were many Halal food stalls and not too far from Pepito market. Keep improving your service and may the conditions will be better in the future. Thank you for the hospitality

Would be back to this hotel of course. I spent 5 days 4 night in this hotel. The hospitality is so great, the staffs, the foods, also this hotel located in very strategic area. Just a few minutes to airport and the beach. I really love their croissants as my breakfast. But the coridor's lamp a lil bit dark so please change it. Over all this hotel beyond great, i recommend you to try this hotel if you plan staying in Kuta area.
