Cleaner comes everyday and the owners/staff are very kind.
There are some mosquitos, it can be managed with a quick trip to the shop 50m away buying repellants.
A review said the wifi was bad, but I had no problems and was actually impressed. The occasional drop out, but I think it's to be expected in Bali?
Sometimes the toilet needed repairing, but not to worry, the cleaner is quick to fix it.
Amazing location: close to berawa beach and Finns, so many restaurants and cafes too.
Some noises, like the nightclubs, roosters and other guests. Go to the nearby pharmacy and buy earplugs, you'll sleep like a baby.
I'm a solo traveller, budgeting and wanting to surf and eat lots. If you're something like that, this is great. I am beyond happy staying here. (Been here 3 weeks and could comfortably stay longer)

Nice enough place, with friendly staff and a reasonable value. Moderately clean, A/C in rooms works well, large rooms, nice pool, clean sheets but cobwebs behind bed and stuff on walls from prior guests. Bathroom is nice enough, with hot/cold water, a bit of mildew/mold in the tile and mostly cleaned from prior guests.

Nice owners and staff who helped me learn and practice some local languages and helped me book taxis several times. Good location with the beach a short walk away and a number of good local restaurants around. The front door of my room wasn't very sound proof which was little annoying. I stayed in the original, single story rooms near the owner's residence. They also have a multi story block of rooms further up the road which are a little different and I didn't really check out.

Pros: Large Rooms, comfortable bed, pool, very nice shower

Cons: Worst wifi on earth- they advertise wifi but I couldn't even send an email on it. Very unhelpful staff (except for room service they were friendly). Not a very good location, they're located in a back alley at the very end of it so walking out of it takes a couple minutes alone and unless you have a scooter to rent I wouldn't suggest it.

Super quiet place, 10min walking distance from Berawa beach. Rooms are comfortable clean. Small kitchen is there for guests to use with free water, coffee and tea. Staff is friendly and not disturbing guests. Rooms from 200 000rp per night with hot shower, aircon, tv.

Spacious and very reasonably priced. A good place to stay if you want a night breaking from a hostel, a hot shower, and a good nights sleep. Would recommend.

It is one of the best places to stay in canggu. The quality is good for the price for sure. It has a pool, AC, kitchen, free coffee, King size bed. It is hard to find a better deal in canggu.
