Very nice place!
The entry fee is 95k rupiah and with those tickets you get a free chocolate drink the size of your thumb and you get to taste all their chocolates in the shop.
The tickets also give you some discounts..

The elephants were definitely the highlight of this place. They are adorable and if you can afford it, ride them! If not, just touching the baby elephants and tasting the chocolates is worth it. There are also other activities offered which I’m sure are nice but from my experience, just being in this nice lush area with chocolate is a nice experience.

4/5 cuz it is expensive to ride the elephants..

This is one of the better overall experiences you can do in Bali. It's a great spot for the kids as they can learn a lot to understand different things that help drive the Balinese economy.
First we visited the Pod Chocolate factory and ate our weights' worth of sample chocolate. It is complimentary with a tour of the factory and so so worth it. The chocolate is of the highest quality with innovative flavors (Gojiberry and almond anyone?).
The tour is really well done as we learned how every step of the process how chocolate goes from a seed pod on the tree to the package on the shelf. The kids and I learned a bit about it before the trip so they had a lot of great questions that the guide was able to answer.
After the tour we were able to make our OWN chocolates with ingredients provided and a variety of four different types of chocolate. The kids had a great time with this, as did I.
Lastly we were able to ride one of the rescued elephants that live on the property. They are living there to save them from poachers on other islands and the rides they give the tourists serve as the necessary exercise they need to stay in shape. The guide on the elephant was so friendly and knowledgeable too.

Chocolate factory tour is very basic, but you get to taste some variety of different chocolates. The elephant rides are also ok - good for a one time experience if you've never been on one. I definitely recommend buying a fruit basket for your elephant because they'll like you more in the end :). Nothing special overall though. Pricing opinions I can't say because we had someone organise rafting and elephant riding for us (rafting is 2min away by car)

Plus: for making your own chocolate
And the taste of the chocolate, after trying it we bought 5 bars of it.
Minus: elephant riding and the limited space the animals have. Although i have to say it does not seem like the animals are mistreated. Our tour guide told us they are doing the elephant riding to finance the vet costs.

First time trying pod chocolate. Its amazing! My favourite was coffee bean chocolate, coconut flavoured milk chocolate. Elephant riding is available here! Free chocolate tasting and free chocolate shots. They will show you on the process of them making their chocolates from roasting cacao. Nice experience in Ubud.

Tourist trap and animal cruelty. Not worth the money, fully read the reviews and who is reviewing before wasting your time. Initial price does not include factory tour or anything remotely interesting, only some chocolate samples and a small drink, overpriced for what it is. Very gloomy atmosphere, elephants are chained up standing, both the front and back ankles. They have nasty sores on their ankles from the chains. Please do not ride elephants and discourage/ educate other tourists from doing so, it can stop.
