Great location and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating - they were quick with any requests for towels or info on local places to visit. Although the rooms and building in general are a bit old and need some maintenance, everything was clean and tidy. Our only recommendation would be to have a shower screen to stop the water splashing all over the basin and floor. Upstairs rooftop pool and restaurant had a great view and amazing staff. Good value for money and would come back :)

PNB is the place for me and my partner in the last 7 months. This place is located right in front of the ocean with easy access to the beach. The staffs are so nice and I feel like I'm home during my stay here. The food and everything was so nice. Would definitely comeback and stay again!

PNB is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Literally right next to the Pererenan beach! You can’t beat the ocean view from the room and all of the staff are so kind. There is an rooftop bar / restaurant with good and affordable food and also a pool on the roof where you can chill and watch the waves and sunset. There is a little pathway that leads down to the beach from the back parking lot and is so convenient for surfing. PNB is such a blissful place to stay and I look forward to staying there again someday ????

We booked three rooms, and were told upon arrival (22 o'clock) that they only had two, but that they'd put up an extra bed in one of the two rooms, to fit us all. Alright, thank you for the flexibility, but maybe don't insist on charging us for all three rooms? Otherwise a lovely place, with a nice rooftop hang out/restaurant area.

The room was not extremely fancy, but it was clean with a nice terrace! We were able to rent scooters at the hotel wich was nice. The staff was super friendly. We liked the restaurant also very much. The view from the restaurant is amazing. We loved Canggu

The location is superb , the restaurant dan pool overlooks the beach. Breakfast is basic. Need to upgrade the linen towel condition , It is quite old, need to replace. The lights in the room are not enough, so dark esp the furniture and the floor are dark colors.

I would like to commend the excellent customer service at RNB Resort. Not long after I made my booking, Encik Bobby Hia immediately responded to my queries and arranged a room for me. Not long after I had to reschedule my hotel stay last minute due to Covid, and Encik Bobby and his management were very accommodative, responsive and caring. I look forward to staying at RNB Hotel next time!
