I think the best of this restaurant is its staff: they are young but very friendly and efficient. They also have some local dishes with rice and meat. Pity they didn’t have a vegetarian option in the rice dishes.

Stay away
The worst pizza hut restaurant ever
Staff are lazy to take orders
Salad bar is empty already (although the waitress warned you one time only for the salad bar plate)
And they didnt refill for almost 45 min and 2 kinds only they refill
Staff not helpful
Very small water bottle
No refills
The worst ever
They have combo offer but they said its only for take out ?????!!!!
Avoid it

The restaurant is clean, the food was really good and fresh. Reasonably priced.

Good place to having a break/lunch/dinner in a group. But make sure to booked the VIP room unless it's too noisy ????.

Very slow and unfriendly service. The food did not taste very good. Neither the salad, chicken soup, nor Pizza tasted good. Pizza was lacking sauce. It was more humid inside the restaurant than outside.
But hey, at least the flies inside the restaurant were super friendly. They would not leave us alone at all.
No bathrooms are available nearby. You have to walk through the mall to find one.

As most food on Bali is very cheap, you would think that the "Small pan Pizza" would be a western small pan Pizza for a little less money. That's not what you get. The small pizza is as big as the bottom of a German beer glass at Oktoberfest. We had to order another one for out kids to get their tummies full.
Apart from that the pizza is delicious as anywhere else at Pizza Hut where I have been before. Maybe the tomato sauce on the Pizza is less flavoured and tastes more like are tomato but I guess it's just because I haven't ate pizza for a few weeks.
