Stay away at any cost. dirty smelly rooms, water leaks, shower doesn't work. They are more concerned about groups but not individual customers. Requested for a room change since everything was broken or not working but was told there are no rooms available. But when I offered to pay more, they suddenly had a room available. They are thugs. just stay away

Its only 1.5km or 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International airport. Affordable prices including room with swimming pool view, bathtub and homey breakfast. The breakfast option is between Fried rice/fried noodle and sandwich since no buffet service during my visit, open from 7.30am to 10am and serve in the swimming pool area. This hotel was Aston Tuban Inn before change to Permata Kuta Hotel in 2016/2017. Its suit to people who wants to stay nearby airport or one night stay. Souvenirs nearby like Joger, Keranjang and Krisna 7-15 min drive.

Great place to stay before taking the plane, staff is amazing , good location for restaurants as well.

They do everything very slow, got room with warm A/C.
Back to hotel at 2pm, but the room up still dirty.
Breakfast need improvement

when I checked in, the room was full of mosquito. I have to asked the room staff to take care of the problem.

other than that, on the apps, the hotel claimed that the breakfast is a buffet breakfast, which actually is not. On the first day, i still try to tolerate and try the breakfast. but they give me a cold nasi goreng and sandwich for two person, which is unacceptable.

When I asked for refund for the breakfast for my second day because of this problem, they said that it cant be refund because I book from the apps. They should be more honest about the facilities offered on the apps. And they think that refunding the 80 thousand to one customer is too expensive compared to the brand image damage that they will suffered. It show how bad this hotel is managed, which is not oriented on the customer satisfaction.

The furniture looks old, but still comfy for stay overnight.

Simply everything, the staff is super helpful and scrupulous, the reception is really well organized.
The hotel itself is really gorgeous, with all the rooms arranged around a very big and particularly designed pool. The room itself was enormous with a great bathroom( glass shower box and big tub) , and a nice balcony over the pool, obliviously everything perfectly clean.
Bed was big and comfy, there was space to spare for everything and also a nice tea forniture.
The breakfast had been also very good and tasty with a big and various buffet.
Really we were amazed by the quality of the room and the hotel itself, and the price had been cheap too!
The only bad thing I can think of had been the absence of hot water in our room, it wasn’t cold, just warm, but after a flight a good hot shower would have helped; I think it was just a problem of our room though.
