Went there for a meeting. Instead of a meeting, i could say that it felt more like a vacation????

Receptionists are really helpful and polite, really great hospitality. The area of this resort is massive, you can walk from corner to corner and feeling tired because of its big area. But i think it's very dark in the night time, exotic, but creepy as well????

The room is wide and old designed. There's a bathtub, complete complementary toiletries, hair dryer, and any other facilities. There's balcony as well, best place to enjoy the scenery outside.

The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets are the top notch. Plenty choices of foods, and it all tastes good. But what i love the most about this resort is......their swimming pool! It's a big loss if you stay at this hotel, but you don't swim. So don't forget to bring your swimsuit to enjoy this pool.

Overall, it's the best hotel that i have ever visited. Top notch.

At first, my family and I planned to stay for 4 nights. You know what? We decided to extend 1 more night. This hotel is so homey. I love the vibes. I also very impressed how all staffs treated us. In summary, I would like to describe this hotel with great hospitality, cleanliness, and great food. We will come back again, for sure!

As good as I remember it 4 years ago. The 2 highlights of this place are the staff, and the gardens / surroundings. The pools and gardens are huge and very well kept. The staff are the most polite and helpful people I have ever seen. They knew all our names virtually straight away. Spent 8 nights here could have stayed forever. We will be back next year. No request was too much trouble. We stayed in the garden villas which were spacious and very private. Lots of bars and restaurants in the street surrounds, direct beach access also. One of the best maintained hotels during the pandemic. For those who love lots of swimming pools n garden in the hotel in Kuta area, Padma Resort is one of the best choices. From kids pool to infinity pool, just name it, they have all. From pools to Kuta beach its just steps away. Staff are helpful n friendly.
Love the non alcoholic cocktails ???? ????
Definitely recommended ????

Very worth the price! Stayed in the family room, it was clean. And there are many swimming pools and 3 amazing slides. Also the staffs were very friendly, and very honest. I left my valuables in the safe deposit box after check out, and managed to recover them thanks to the duty manager and security.

It’s beautiful hotel, you have a direct access to the beach. Hotel service is great and family friendly. There are swimming pools for children with slide ????, save and fun for them. Near the children swimming pool there is a Kids’ Corner too.
I really enjoy my stay with my family there and it is really recommended. Thanks Padma Hotel ✅.

What I love about the resort is the open feel, kids friendly, nice pools.
What I dont like about the resort is - not the best customer service, especially after experiencing great customer service at Double six resort just few days back. Feel employees are kind of tired, maybe its busy lately here, but sometimes they talk in their own language when you are still there and you know its about you. Asking someone multiple times something as simple as pool towels, took 4 requests to get it done. But except that most customer service was kinda good. Smiles and greetings are good.
