My experience with this home stay/villa was positive in general. Two staffs are very polite and helpful. It’s also very well priced for deluxe room. I was lucky to get a free upgrade, and I would recommend deluxe room. I do think the owner should hire more staffs to help out as more tourists coming to Bali after COVID.

For the price it's good. The bathroom needs a good scrub with a cleaning agent to get rid of the mould. The pool looks like it needs a clean too, the water is merky. It's a short walk to the beach and the staff are so friendly and happy to help you out.

Basic facilities. Rooms were clean for Asian standards. Nice but small pool which is mostly in the shades. Few places to sit so it gets crowded. Breakfast is average, but several options available. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For the price, the New Asta Graha Hotel is definitely worth the money. The hotel property is very beautiful, the pool was nice, the property grounds was clean, u0026 well kept. The hotel room was nice, the beds comfortable, u0026 private. The bathroom needs improvement, I was not a fan of the bathroom, but I’ve seen worst. The WiFi was ok, u0026 worked 98% of the time during my 30 day stay. I would definitely stay here again, u0026 would suggest this hotel.

Decent with polite staff and breakfast included, but the property could be cleaner.
The bathroom wasn't that clean and needed renovating.
Conveniently located a few minutes walk to Jimbaran beach - catch the sunset there if you have time.

If you need a place to stay for a night, close to international airport, this is the cheapest/best option. Very nice pool, silent air con, super friendly, few dishes but cheaper than others, beach 4 blocks away (awesome sunset). Beach: no wind, quiet on daylight, many tourist at night, but to have dinner next to the beach i found it quite expensive (mainly seafood)

Very nice place. With 20 rooms it's more a hotel than a homestay. Swimming pool (8x3m) open from 7am till 10pm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Safety box in the room. Nice room, dated bathroom. Free WiFi. Breakfast is not free. The location is 10 minutes walking from the beach, but on a dark and not nice road.
