I am so happy I've found this place it will be my go-to whenever I'm in Canggu now! A magical tropical forest in the heart of everything, easy walking distance to all the restaurants, beach, bars etc and even has the highest rated Cafe right next door. The bed is the most comfortable I've had in Bali. Having a private outdoor bathroom has been special, showering with baby frogs is a definitive win... it is in the heart of things and is a traditional style hut so not soundproofed so you will hear the local dogs and bikes zooming past, I just pop in my headphones and it's not been an issue but if you are a very light sleeper they supply ear plugs!

Pros: The staff are so nice and accommodating. The place is very lush and tropical with plants and trees everywhere. The rooms are rustic wooden bungalows, quite minimalistic and spacious. The bed was super comfy and big...

Cons: It's next to a very busy road. You hear loud motorbikes from early morning to late at night. That's why I've given 3 stars. And the outdoor bathroom was not in very good condition: the toilet was broken and theres no where to hang your towels or clothes.

Iluh was a beautiful and kind host. Every morning our lovely breakfast arrived outside of our room, we felt so special. The photos of Melati do not give the place justice, it is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in Bali, we will definitely be back to stay here next time.

The bed was SO big and comfy and the outdoor bathroom was so Balinese. I love all of the fabulous plants and trees surrounding the rooms and pool, it is a hidden gem.
The homestay is right next door to crate cafe, definitely worth the visit.
Komang is full of happiness and was kind enough to pick us up from the airport and take us to our next destination.

This place is a hidden gem! Very authentic u0026 rustic in Balinese style huts. Owners are extremely friendly they accommodated my late check out. The outdoor bathroom is surreal. Potential for slight noise from the roads, but certainly not a hindrance!

THE BEST place we've stayed at in Bali!! Very nice room u0026 bed! Great bathroom outside and very good shower! Simple but good breakfast, which is different every day but with fresh fruit each day. Lovely and helpful staff too. I would 100% recommend and definitely go here again when I'm in Canggu! ♡

Great location. As close as you can get to the beach and still be in a quiet area. Also, it is very close to good restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Extremely friendly and helpful family. I recommend organizing everything you want to do through the family. They set you up with very reasonably priced and good quality motorbikes or taxis anywhere on Bali.
The bungalows are gardens are fantastic. Very comfortable beds and great outdoor bathrooms. The air conditioning and hot water are fantastic.

We really enjoyed our time at Melati Bali Homestay. The host is very friendly and happy to help you whenever you need something. The rooms are clean and a highlight is the outdoor bathroom. Once you get used to it, it feels like having a shower in the middle of a jungle, amazing. Also you can get a scooter to rent directly in the Homestay for a much better price than in usual rentals. Very recommended to everybody who love to enjoy some nature as the garden around the cabins is beautiful!
