Just next to the mainstreet and very close to the beach by scooter. We wanted to change our rooms, which was not a problem. Friendly staff, quiet place, good pool but the receptionist wasn't always there.
Only thing was that there where so many ants on our first night we checked in, they even crawled onto our beds. We think that the guest before us left some food on the floor and the cleaning team forgot to clean behind the bed! It was FULL of ants behind the beds!

Great quiet place to stay. The villas are well kept and the grounds is pretty large and good for walking around. There is two pools and a store on site. This would be a good place for an extended stay as they have the prices broken down for you.

Nice little apartments. Nothing fancy but everything you need. The pool was usable and the location is good to get to the beach fast.

Pros:
The property was well kept and filled with lovely green gardens.
It’s close to Padang Padang beach and plenty of restaurants in between.
The restaurant on-site is cheap and pretty tasty for what it is.
The AC in the room is fantastic.
Everything in the room was clean.
We paid extra for a hot shower and the water pressure was great.

Cons:
Staff wasn’t very helpful.
The room had no side tables next to the bed.
The bed was very hard and creaky, which made for a poor sleep.
The cabinet door didn’t stay closed.
The wifi was mediocre at best.

It was very plain and basic for the price we paid.

I spent here the last few days in Bali and I loved it. Location is good, rooms are big, clean and with air conditioning. It has a little nice swimming pool and also a restaurant (the food is not the best you can find but it's ok and quite handy to have it within the accommodation) Walking distance to Padang Padang beach and also possibility to rent a motorbike there if you need it. Recommended!
