Just read other reviews I must have been at another place haha best service in Kuta the staff were extremely friendly and the food was top notch for what they offered situated in a great position just sit back and relax. Also very kid friendly my boys ran amok and they couldn’t care less

We came here at the start of our holiday and we were so pleased with the food and the service, we couldn't speak highly enough of the place. But on our last night when my brother and his girlfriend landed we told them to meet us here and we sat in and had a drink while we waiting (It was about 10:30 when we got there) Every other bar on the strip closes at 1am so we thought this place would be the same. When my partner and I arrived he asked the staff if they were still open and they said yes yes come in sit down, they asked us if we wanted food and we said we would wait for our friends to get here then order - there was no complaints or a mention of them closing soon. 10 minutes later my brother and his partner arrive and they are stopped in the doorway saying no no we are closed do not come in - the staff were very rude about it. My partner and I said their with us can't they come in you told us you were still open and then he changed his tune and said no we're closed you need to leave. We were shocked seeing as 10 minutes ago we were being pressured to order food? I walked over to the bar with 100k ($10) to pay for the 2 Radlers that we had (should've been more than enough for 2 Radler Bintangs) and it came to 104k so I got more money and paid and had my change thrown at me over the bar where the guy was sitting counting the till. Not a thank you, not a single smile. We were absolutely disgusted with this service so we will NOT be returning and we will be telling our friends and family to avoid the rude staff here. I would recommend the owner working a night shift so they don't close up early and tell customers to leave.

The worst bit is, my brother and his partner were staying at the Kuta Paridiso next door (connected to this bar) and this is the service that is offered! The hotel is lovely and the staff are super friendly - maybe they should go next door and teach the Matilda staff how to act.

We went down the road to the Stadium Sports bar and stay till 1am and spend around $200 on drinks. Your loss Matilda.

Poor quality food, lame service... The food was undercooked, nobody apologised, they just took it and brought the same dish, this time cooked through, they threw away the pieces that I tried (and were raw) and fried the leftovers again, DISASTER... No sorry, no discount and 7% service included... completly don't understand their attitude. Additionally it's such a noisy place! No chance to talk even a bit! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! ????

Food is okay, service is better than any other few bars around kuta.Closes too early , we gave 4 stars because atleast they show live football with audio.
