The value you get for the money you pay is limited. You pay a lot for a week but two dinners are not included, lunch is not included and you are requested to pay for every single thing there. For example, at other camps/retreats I stayed, tea/coffee, fruits and some other basic snacks were included. Here it's not the case. I was surprised that we had to pay for yoga too, which was very average and overpriced. I payed 150k for one hour while yoga schools in Canggu/Seminyak charge 100-150k for 2 hours.
In terms of surf intructors, they are amazing but outsourced to Rip Curl School. If I had to do it again, I'd book the school directly.
This camp is popular among Scandinavians. 90% of people were Danes. Although they were encouranged by social hosts to refrain from using their monther tongue all the time, it didn't help. Everyone who is not from Denmark felt excluded. By the way, the average age was 20 years during my stay.
Positives: Food is fantastic at the camp, social hosts are friendly and helpful and facilities are nice. Although if you booked a dorm, it's very basic.
Overall, I think it's a great place if you are willing to pay to meet others who are into drinking and partying, kinda people who are in the holiday mood. However, people who are rather introverted or thoughful (for lack of better word) felt like outcasts there.
