Best place so far I’ve stayed at in Berawa after living in MANY guesthouses and I Will definitely be back!! Super cute room, amazing kitchen! Cozy garden, pool, living room.. it has all you can ask for. And a more.. charm, space and a good atmosphere!

Most amazing hostel I’ve been in, and best cost-value I’ve seen for a hostel. While being well-priced, there’s a very homey and non-hostel vibe to this place. Staff is super friendly and helpful. And the all-day long serving of coffee/tea, fruit and pancake dough is the cherry on top of the (pan)cake! ????

Pros: great atmosphere, pool, lounge area, close to the beach, and free watermelon. Cons: slightly pricey compared to others nearby, no outlets by upper bunks I would definitely stay again and the pool and lounge helps this place become very social. The free watermelon was amazing and everyone was very kind. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and near many good restaurants and warungs.

Good place for budget stay, near the beach, around a lot of different cafeterias, friendly staff. What special? Big open kitchen, if you want you can cook, make, as strong as you want, coffee. In open space you can choose the “wedding” bed :)

This place is overpriced for what it is. Firstly when we arrived there was no staff who could speak English and the WiFi didn't work. This was very frustrating as after being in the recent earthquake I was trying to book a flight out, and asking the staff when WiFi would be back on or where I could go and she had absolutely no idea. We had the same issue the next day with a different member of staff who spoke no English when trying to book a taxi. The beds are SO uncomfortable and the showers are terrible, with no hot water. You also have to make breakfast yourself, it's just pancake mix and fruit. There isn't a power plug or light by all the beds. The main light switch is next to one person's bunk so unless you reach over them they're the only one who can control it!
However, the facilities are nice, the location is great and it is clean. Also there is free drinking water! There are just much better places for cheaper prices than this.

Pretty nice, new "bohemian" hostel. Bungalows built around a pretty common area with a small pool. It's cheap, and the staff is nice and helpful (although their english is limited). It is also at walking distance from the beach where you can surf, grab a drink, etc. If you are travelling on a budget, this is pefect for you

Lovely hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Should be five stars. Three stars only because we had the pleasure of interacting with the owner of the hostel who was extremely rude and unpleasant not only to the staff but also to us when trying to check out a day earlier (for other reasons).
