Went to this hotel with my mum and dad in 2019 and it was a lovely place to stay and a lovely experience. Great staff at reception and pool staff as well, very well maintained gardens and eating areas, and breakfast had lovely variety of food, and even the kitchen staff made sure to deal with people cutting in line. They only thing I had to fault was that the pools closing time wasn’t implemented some nights and guests were staying in there after closing time, although after we notified the staff is was dealt with the rest of the stay. And there we’re a few noisey guests but that’s not enough to give any less stars to the hotel, some hotels you get noisy guests and it’s unavoidable. But overall great experience and well worth the price, would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed here last week for a few days and we had a nice experience overall. The rooms were very well maintained and excellently cleaned and organized upon our request. I wouldn’t say there was necessarily anything special about our stay, but then again I don’t have anything to gripe about either! 4 stars, guys!

This hotel is one of best four star hotel with decent price in Bali. I stayed this hotel for five days (April 28 - May 2, 2022). Although on first day, had bad experience due to Air Conditioner which didn't work well. However, the staff helped me kindly and the Air Conditioner worked well. The Breakfast is perfect.

The facility which I like during in hotel was fitness center. The other facilities such as swimming pool are perfect as well as other facilities such as Meeting Room and Billiard pool. The place is strategic and had wide parking area with free enterance for hotel guests.

Great accessibility, spacious room, cupboard, table, chair, and professional staff. However, old building, old fashioned, old room, no slippers available, it’s difficult. I don’t smoke so got a room without a window, so if you don’t smoke you will be punished. If you smoke, you will get a window or balcony room. Good for old people not for the young.

I booked here as a budget stay in Kuta after we were recommended to spend some time here. Unfortunately both the hotel and location disappointed. The hotel is run down, likely from 2 years of inactivity due to COVID, and was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. Once checked in, we were escorted past a beautiful koi pond, only to make it to a room on the ground floor that smelt damp like it was mouldy, and without even a shred of natural light. The toilet and shower weren't clean, and the AC was leaking the whole time we stayed. It was bad enough that we had to cut our stay to one day. I'm sure if we had a room with some natural light and ventilation then this wouldn't have been the case, but without any of that, the room felt like solitary confinement. It seems the whole complex was built to be a bustling retail destination, however the pandemic has likely ended those dreams as many of the shops are abandoned and/or closed. Although not a reflection of the hotel, the area is very busy with many 3 u0026 4 lane highways to cross to get around without much in the way of pedestrian crossings, so be prepared. I'm sure with a room with a window and easier pedestrian access we would have stayed the full length of our booking.

The room smelled nasty (yes, that s-word smell), the drains in the bathroom were clogged, the mattress has strange stain right in the middle of the mattress and the blanket was bloodstained, and I found a used woman's underwear in the closet. GROSS.
The one star only for room service who came just in a second to change my towels when I called, of course, because of 'that' strong smell from the towels.

A backup room that I found when I visited Kuta, right in the middle of the city. Room and bathroom was okay, I got a free upgrade room from deluxe to junior suite, idk why, but the staff really gave a great service. However, when I tried to sleep, the outdoor AC engine was so noisy. Need to check and fix that, since I was barely sleeping bc of that.
