Um well this hotel is potential to be a good hotel, the staff is helpful but the room was not so good, its smells like an old conditioner, maybe stella jeruk or smth, but they located at the sunset road and very easy to access

not so friendly and a bit slow response for service, dirty room (serious), poor wi-fi (almost no wi-fi), and no water inside the bathroom (even my room has no bathroom door).

update:
- they installed a curtain as a bathroom door replacement after i complained at 3am.

i recommend you to spent more for another hotel that serve you better.

Worst hotel in bali that i've ever been. The receptionist service was very slow, unfriendly, and not ready, took so long to get my key and identity ready. the area also full of smoke, the room was small, not even has the proper power socket. As you can see below, i charged my laptop by removibg the fridge. I also already asked the receptionist for the matt, but they didnt have. So i used my towel as the matt. The lamp was also broken. And the last they didnt have trash bin. The aircon was leaking.. And Last. The wifi is not active in the room. Only at lobby.. You should think trice for trying this hotel. The bathroom also very small.. Not reccomended

clean enough, but at night when we checked in found an unusual dressed woman laying on sofa in corridor with legs open nastily. been told by a taxi driver too that it's a hotel for a night stand use... well, really bad image pity since the hotel is quite good looking

We bought a room and already paid for it. But when we arrived, the room isn't available. We waited so long and there's no further information about refund u0026 anything.

The staff's not polite u0026 unprofessional.

Worst hotel i've ever been.

Bad place. A lot of uncomfortable things. I came here to stay at an unready room. The room have paint-like smell, dirty floor. There is no blanket, and unready tv.

Since there's plenty of hotels around here, no reason for you to choose this annoying place, oyo 271 kimono hotel. don't ever try unless you are curious to feel a great disappointment.
