Best gym membership deal in Ulawatu. Only 100,000 idr a month with personal training at very reasonable rates. Old equipment yet function and that’s all you need to work out.

Basic gym that has most items for a simple workout. For the price of only 20k I could do a chest and triceps workout with a bench press, fly machine and benches to use. The dumbels only go up to 20kg. But the price/value is perfect!

Great inexpensive gym to lift weights. 20k for a day pass. I just want some dumbbells. Equipment is dated, but works. Nothing fancy. Get in and get your lifting done. There is cardio equipment, but I prefer to run or ride outside.

It gets hot and sweaty here! However, a great gym with insanely good-value prices. Suksma Kayana Gym ????.

Cheap gym -20k- and clean and tidy. But it's pretty difficult to do anything serious in here. The Olympic bars aren't 20kg, the plates have some weight variation and don't weigh what they are supposed to (they have scales in there check for yourself). The collars don't fit the bars so you have to tie the plates on with whatever you can find. There is no squat rack.

This place is great if you want a few sessions cheap has everything you need except somewhere for dips,
But I did those on the shoulder press
Machine, so cheap, 75,000 for 1 month they provide small towels.

Entrance 20k idr.
Basic machines. Dumbells up to 25kg.
No showers.
No Air-conditioning.

Good enough for basic training if you are on the road.
