We booked the Spa u0026 Dine package for the last night of our honeymoon, but unfortunately we would not recommend this experience. The view was beautiful and the sparkling wine selection was decent, but the food service and spa operations were not even close to a five star experience. The spa linens had stains in them, the sauna door was broken, and there was a party at the beachfront with very loud music so the ambiance was not relaxing at all. The experience was supposed end around 7pm, but the slow service and lack of attention dragged out the dining experience to 9pm. We ended our evening feeling exhausted rather than relaxed from all the waiting and loud music. The food was decent, but there are many other locations in Bali that are actual 5 star experiences at a better value. We traveled from California to honeymoon in Bali, and this booking was our only negative experience on the trip. Would highly recommend Bali, but would pass on this one ????

We have spent an unforgettable weekend at Karma Kandara recently, and I would like to highlight my Karma Spa experience! Besides the awesome venue, relaxing music, impressive view and the rustle of the waves I would specially admit my therapist Budiada. I was taken care by Budiada from top to toe starting from the moment I entered the venue. Highly professional therapist who knows exactly what your body needs right now. Can’t wait my next treatment!

We came today for my partners birthday and got the couples island package. The staff were so incredible kind and nice! They made our entire experience so memorable and it has been the highlight of our trip so far. Would highly recommend going here, more expensive than some other spas around but worth it for the quality of service, expertise and views. Thank you so much for having us today!

@whereiswendy: Set on a cliff within Karma Kandara Villas, the surrounding is a dream to visit let alone experience. We went on a Monday afternoon, walked in and thankfully they had a spot available. I would recommend calling ahead just to be sure. They had an array of services available ranging from 75min,90min and 2.5hrs. The packages include entrance to the day bar by the beach at the bottom of the cliff which is a great way to end the day after your massage. We choose the Traditional Balinese Massage with hot Jade stone, 90min for about 1.3m rupiah + 21%tax u0026 gratuity. The massage itself was good, the whole experience was luxuriously indulgent and would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

Spa was amazing and you get to use the beach club if you have a Spa. Whole place us amazing.

We booked online for a 120 minutes couple massage on the ocean side.
We were bitterly disappointed with the set up for the hefty price they have charged.
The personal were nice, but the set up is very average and so tired that needs a massive face lift, it does not justify the price tag.
I advice everyone to inspect before booking,don't get sucked in by the photos.
