Was very Happy with the overall cleanliness of the Rooms, we stayed for 7 days and evrytime we went out of tge the room the HK guys made sure the rooms were clean before we retured back. The Food can be improved, the Hospitality given to us by the entire staff was excellent.

We where visiting to have a look for future accommodation. The location is breathtaking, facilities u0026 accommodation first class, the guide who showed us around was excellent. Just didn't like them trying to sign us up for 10 year AU$14,000 contract staying in their resort's. Yet still have no idea what the cost would be to stay you have to join their club. We won a theoretical free 7 night stay at a selection of resort's just for one hour that tuned into 4 hours going to the resort. From previous experience that free 7 nights you won can never be used as you can not find one of their resort's available, always some condition re times u0026 availablity.

Superb place, nice atmosphere, supportive staff..overall, staying at resort was awesome. Mr. PANDE who is chef in restaurant prepare variety dishes.

Rooms are huge and most of them have bath tub. The property is small but has good facility.

This resort is a big disappointment! The room was dusty and we even found spider webs inside the wardrobe and cupboards. We sneezed a lot during our 5 days stay whenever we sat on the coach, even after the house keeping vacuum the coach and pillows. They should've known guests are coming but don't even care to do general cleaning. Not to mention the aircon problem and at the first night we are running out of hot water in the middle of the night.
The only reason I gave 2 stars, was because of the room equipped with kitchen so we can cooked or reheat food and a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. I thought Karma is a big name. What a shame!
