One night, and that was too much. The man from the reception was shouting at my husband. Need to run away. The room ok, but no window. Feels not good, the toilet have problem - water not going to the drainage. Kitchen very hot and small, the only window is from kitchen and near entrance. But personnel rudeness was the most terrible thing

They STOLE 3 million from me.. and I see many other reviewers saying the same thing.. They also do not clean my room ever. I do not trust this place. Staff so friendly when you arrive but then turn horrible when you say you want to check out earlier.. they say you can talk with the owner but the number is not active.. BUGS are everywhere. I got bitten so much in the night from gaps in the doors and toilet and construction noise is horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. AVOID!!!

I've stayed in this hotel for 5 days. During all this time we had no cleaning or bedsheets and towel changing. Rooms are not very comfortable - there's no hooks in the bathroom, very little space for clothes and no chairs and table in room. We kept all money and valuables in locker but at the last day we found that about $150 from each wallet were gone (I've lost $100 and 500.000Rp, my friend - $150, friends from another rooms also told that they've lost some money about 1-2 million Rp from locker and secret place in luggage). We were talking with the owner about that but he said that nobody entered in our rooms when we were out.
The hotel has a good location - 1km from surf spot, swimming pool and greens on territory but it is only one good thing I can tell about it.

We booked for one week. Every day we had little red and black dots on our sheets and ever day we had to ask for new sheets, but those also had those dots. In the 5th night we discovered bedbugs all over the bed. We moved out in the night and slept at another place. When we came back in the morning to pick up our stuff they offered us to give us back the money for the next two nights but charged a cancellation fee of 50%. No offering of help to wash our clothes or in any other form. In my opinion they knew about the issue before but just did not care. Would definitely not recommend

Good location nice pool but no umbrellas for shade. Bed was so noise every time you move it would wake us just ridicules try to have a root.

It's cheap and secure. The bed squeeked a lot and the shower was the whole bathroom and the water didn't drain. Had to buy a squeegee from Ace Hardware. Also had to tape a bag to the bathroom door because it has slits in it and there's an open hole where a window should be in the bathroom that lets tons of mosquitoes in. Once I solved those two things it wasn't bad.
