Delicious food! I had an incredible margarita pizza and my friends had a burger that they loved. Good price and the service was Very good! Also, we we're luck they had live music that day (Friday). Thank you Jen Deli team!

This is the 1st time I have written a review. The service, ambience and breakfast buffet spread is just too compelling to be ignored. It's value for money too! True to its name of the hotel. Kudos to the management team and staff for creating a wonderful experience for the senses! Love the house music too! They have made my day! :)

First time in the hotel and was welcomed with the nicest, hospitable people in Bali.
Located near the petitenget beach. The hotel rooms were clean and neat. Very relaxing after a very long and exhausting trip around the city. At the JEN DELI restaurant i am very enjoy at the BBQ night it's very recomended. And i beloved special promo three musceter pizza, it's very yummy.
Their warm smiles made our trip memorable.
I will be back again,

We had lunch at the deli. The waitress gave me my husbands meal. She did not announce the meal so I assumed it was mine. As the meals didn't come out together and we had similar meals we did not realise. The other meal took another 20 minutes. Then we realised when we saw his meal. We tried to tell the waitress what had happened but she said I told her that was my meal! Which I didn't, and as a good waitress she should remember who orders what, especially as we were the only customers in there! Also, they charge 21% service and tax instead of 15% which is the standard. This is not advised anywhere on the menu. When I asked about this they pretended not to understand.

Wife ordered fish as she is vegetarian/pescatarian - she was served chicken instead. While service was good I can't recommend going here due to this.

Delicious food and super friendly staff , Mainly have western food like pizza and pasta. Highly recommend for pizza ... ????????
