We stayed here for a few nights. Let me start with the positives. The grounds are absolutely lovely, the pool was a wonderful place to hang around when you’ve had enough of the beach, the breakfast was more than adequate, and you can’t ask for a better location. Unfortunately, our experience was lacking in more than a few ways. The shower backs up to the point where we were ankle deep in water, and the WiFi was not adequate enough to allow me to work consistently. We had a run-in with a staff member who mistook us for somebody who purchased drinks (the day before we even arrived), and accosted us demanding payment at 7 am while I was trying to work. She was really forceful, and wouldn’t listen to us when we tried to explain that there was a mix-up. She eventually charged us anyway, and we had to get the whole thing cleared up. I hate to say that I have more to add to this list, but the book provided in the room gave a specific time that they would be fogging for mosquitoes. Fine. I appreciate that they are working to control the population. However, as we are sitting outside during the day before they are scheduled to fog....next thing we know, we are surrounded my the gas meant to kill those little buggers. I recognize that the concentration is supposed to be harmless to humans, but I would have chosen not to be exposed. Overall, even though this place missed the mark on our visit, with a few small changes it has real potential to be a great place.

Great place, great outdoor pool area. Beds are comfy. For breakfast our options were fruit, eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash brown, cereal, multiple breakfast drinks and more. Plenty of variety. The small negatives would be that my room had no hot water for the shower but hot water for the sink was working. I told reception every day and they said they'd look at it but the hot water for my shower never worked. Laundry took 24 hours and you pay per item of clothing so if suggest finding a laundromat which isn't hard. I saw 3 less than 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again due to great location and friendly staff.

It's a nice cozy hotel. Reasonable rate. The stuff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. I really like the way the pool is placed in the middle.
I hade 2 problem :
1. The breakfast was the same the whole week.
2. The school next do forces you to wake up early. The kids will be screaming on top of their lungs.

The school kind of make it a not so ideal hotel for vacation. Especially if you like waking up late.

It's fine for the price. In our case hot water was not working at the beginning but it was a matter of closed valve and the issue was solved by the staff in no time. WiFi sometimes disconnecting. Nice breakfast but not so much to choose from. Nice swimming pool. There's a school just behind the boundary wall so during the day can be somehow noisy but nothing too loud and it's not annoying. After all you don't spend your time in hotel too much when in Bali :). Great location, 10min. walk to the beach. All in all, its a nice place.

The rooms are small but to be honest I didn't go to stay in the room. I think we got a Superior room for the price of a Standard Room so it's hard to write about the price-perfor***ce ratio. All the staff appeared to be very happy u0026 efficient at their jobs.

The staff was nice. Good value for money. We paid for entertainment that night which the hotel used on their advertising within minutes. The school makes funny music every morning at 08:00 (perfect time to wake up haha) The hotel is just perfect, authentic and in the center of Kuta.
