We stayed at Mercure few years back and saw this hotel was still under construction. I remember telling myself to stay here as the location was great.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that our stay surpassed my expectations.
The room was good size, clean, and modern. We got the room on the corner facing the pool, it was quite and the blackout curtains certainly helped me to sleep better.
I walked everywhere, didn’t even need to rent a scooter.
Breakfast was included in room rate and it was pretty decent. I got my double shot cappuccino and that was good.
Pool was small but it was enough to cool down during hot summer days. The gym beside the pool was a good extra!
Staff and service was top notch, totally in par with Indonesia famous hospitality.
Overall it was great stay and I would recommend it to other travelers.

I booked this hotel being Accor LeClub member. The room is modern, clean, spacious, and very chilled. The bed is comfortable with firm pillow and sausage pillow (guling). Location wise, many shops and restaurants nearby but a bit far from beach but they provide free shuttle to Petitenget Beach and Seminyak Village shopping mall. Front desk reception staffs are very friendly.Nevertheless, breakfast choices need to be improved. I recommend to stay at this hotel

I'm giving this place four stars because it is a good location near by all the top restaurants and hot spots to check out. The room is clean and price is reasonable per night. All the staff members here are nice and front desk are always attentive to make sure if there is anything you need. Room service here was great and had anything you need delivered promptly. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool - it did not look as modern or sleek as it did in the picture. Overall, affordable place and great location if you want to explore Seminyak in Bali.

This is my favourite place to stay. The room is very clean. But if they add one more light they will be perfect. May be the room and the bed were not so large. But they are supercomfortable.
The location is strategic. Many good restaurant nearby.
They offer bicycle rental. And you can cycling around kerobokan road with ricefield on the sides. Or you can hit a gym with ricefield scenery. (Empire fitclub bali).
Nice, cool, colourful and fragrant lobby.
Nice service.

Had a very comfortable stay in this comfortable, conveniently located and comfortable hotel. The reception was friendly and welcoming, and we were served mixed fruit juice upon arrival. Out of two rooms, we were given early check in for one room free of charge, and the next room soon after.
-Room service is affordable, quick and convenient. Though the menu has only non vegetarian options, the food can be made to vegetarian.
- If you open windows, you need to sign non-smoking undertaking
-Good spa with promotional rates
-Nice swimming pool
-Very comfortable beds, good rooms, quite spacious
-Staff are very polite, communication in English wasn't too much of a challenge
Overall a good stay. Would recommend

Many compliments for a very polite and professional young staff! They are something what makes this hotel very pleasant to stay in. Receptionists are great with good knowledge of english (that is not the case everywhere). Breakfast is good, pool is well maintained. We recommend massages, it is very cheap for european standard. Restaurant is by the pool, basic menu but convenience for the whole concept. The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes by foot from Seminyak, but that was a good thing because it is away from the crowd and loud noices by the night life. We recommend!

Great little hotel, pool in the sun and a good temp, always pool lounges available. Small but handy gym, breakfast is delicious, staff always friendly, lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is small but comfortable. Bed seems little but it's fine for 2 people, I think if we had rollaway bed or cot the room would feel cramped. Day spa is ok, the staff in day spa are really nice but I feel like they rush, and just want to get you in and out even if they aren't so busy, I would recommend going to spa in the street if you wish to relax.
