It was a nice stay, no more than that. A comfy bed, a nice working Air Con, friendly staff, and great cleaning services. BUT the room was kinda old and in some places, the paint was chapped. For a stay above 500.000/night, the room should have been a bit nicer. Also, our family has been a royal customer in flora kuta hotel but our last stay was a bit disappointing. The breakfast wasn’t that good and with a higher price they demand than our previous stay, the quality of the hotel should have been better, not worse.

The atmosphere is great! But the AC isn’t powerful enough to cool down the room properly. They have a small pool. The decorations are good. They provide breakfast and it’s good.
The Wifi speed is horrible.
Our bathroom door does not even lock and it doesn’t close properly.

Overall we liked the place - The room, the bathroom, and the swimming pool were clean ♥, with a quiet enough environment, easy access to the streets, walkable distance to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. The staff were quite helpful... Our friendly driver from the hotel, named Nyoman Dafy was very informative about the places we visited during the day trips we took. All I can say is, it was a good experience during our stay in this hotel. Definitely will come back.

Good size rooms, bathrooms and comfy beds with an amazing pool right outside your front door.

The team are friendly and easy to understand and are always more than happy to help no matter what you require.

The hotel is centrally located just off the main drag with easy access to everything that Kuta has to offer within a very short walk

Stay here! I left my wallet with US$400 cash and cards here and they sent someone to the airport to give it to me! Not a cent missing! The place was very clean, nice rooms, and good internet/AC. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Also, breakfast was very nice and hearty. Pool and rooms were kept up well.
