The room is kinda tight but clean and fresh. The room booked was under renovation, so I got a free upgrade to Executive Room. The room face to the pool. ???? Staffs are super friendly. WiFi is a little sucks. I haven't try the pool but they look amazing for dipping from the scorching hot weather. I will definitely come back next trip.

Located in the heart of Bali, its very strategic location. This hotel is so empty bcoz there’s almost no visitor. But the service is quite good. My room has been upgraded to executive room bcoz of maintainance work, i’m so grateful. Food is also good but of course its adapted with pandemic condition so breakfasy is deliver to the room. The staff is very kind. Thanks Santika Kuta. Bali is on pandemic situation right now so, its economic is very tough. So we have to visiting Bali to support them. Its safe to take a vacation here, just doing social distancing and always keep safe and healthy. Hope Bali will getting recovery soon????????????????????????

spent 3 days for summer holiday with friend. friendly staff, clean room but the building doesn't have Balinese style more like a city hotel. most of the guests are for business. give 5 stars because of the great service. the food is so so, have to improve. overall nice experience with this hotel.

Wifi is very slow, I tested the speed and it was like in dial up age so don't expect much. The swimming pool is also very nice although we didn't swim at all. It's nice to sit on the side of the pool and relax. The hotel people are friendly and welcoming. From our room we could hear the noise from next door at night which is quite uncomfortable. All in all, pretty average and nothing special. But we really enjoyed our stay because we were too tired to notice anything imperfect.

The rooms are smaller than we expected for a business trip. The rooms are going to be generally clean. I love the layout of the room. The breakfast spread is ample to start off the day. Good place if you want to use it as a base to travel around.

The location of the hotel is relatively convenient. We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us. Need to improve wifi services in the rooms. The bed was as hard as a rock. The scale the front desk loaned us was very helpful with the luggage packing.

What a fun new place to enjoy during my stay. Room was much larger than expected. There are ***y interesting back streets to explore. I always looked forward to returning to my room after a long day out. The breakfast is okay although not too ***y variants of foods to choose.
