My family and I had most wonderful experience in our lives. The resort have everything, buffet breakfast was delicious and a huge variety, differents restaurants and cuisine. And the Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, they are so helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place for families like mine with baby and toodlers. Rooms are clean, comfortable king size bed and large bathrooms. Some of the rooms are little be old, but really well maintained, pool are very clean. Overall clean, safe and quite place for relax for tired parents. A big Thanks to all the Staff.

Though this hotel is old and recently reopened, it is well maintained. Food is delicious u0026 service is friendly. at night when we need extra blankets and towels, the housekeeping team is very responsive. superb!

We love this hotel for its Japan-ambience. The furniture and room layout is old-hotel typical with super large space and wood-themed room. However, we found it comfortable enough. Their bathtub is something my son love so much. Swimming pool is enjoyable, with sand area on its side. It also right in front the beach so you can play at both sides. I continued my staycation to NBC watersport after had 1 night stay here.

This place is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. When we were here it was almost empty. The beach is beautiful and so are the facilities. Probably the most beautiful pool I’ve had while travelling. If you want quiet luxury, this place is very reasonably priced.

Fantastic hotel. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are mostly well maintained. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bathtub has nice bath salts. Reccomended for big events like weddings

Went here for a staycation. It was old hotel but very nice ❤️ all the facilities are well maintained. Outdoor activities, u can walk at the beach beside a big pool with sea concept. Or just roaming around the neighborhood. We were enjoying our time here :)

I’m staying here from 14/08/2022 - 24/08/2022, I pick Nikko hotel because I know Nikko hotel hospitality excellent. I’ve been to Nikko vietnam and Japan and I very satisfied for the service. Here at Nikko Bali feel so disappointed for the service of the Breakfast and the conditions of my room.
There’s so many mosquitoes in my room and the hanger doesn’t attach normally every time i put my clothes It’s always fell , and this make me feel VERY disappointed I feel treat differently between Me as Asian and Caucasian, the staff treat the Caucasian more Excited and happier, the staff at breakfast place to even smile or good morning to me ? When the Caucasian arrived You’re * the staff at breakfast * so excited and greet them so happily. And one more thing this morning someone already asked me my room number and I told her my room Number, but after that there one of your waitress still asked me about my room
Number, isn’t I already told you my room number! So disappointed about your services. We are all human being stop treat someone differently.
