As the first pioneer in modern bakery business in Indonesia that has been established since 1978 and has had 22 branches with more than 400 outlets around Indonesia, I can say Holland Bakery is trying to keep up with the modern trend of bakery in the world by having croissants, chocolate eclairs, some other western cakes selections, and even the newest trend Japanese cheesecake while keeping the Indonesian traditional pastries such as Lemper, Arem-Arem, Onde-Onde, Kueku, Lumpia, etc.
Price is medium end price.
It can be a bit pricey for some people if they aren’t used to go to medium to high end bakeries.
But honestly, compares to Orange Bakery, Kakiyang Bakery, Connato and some other medium end modern bakeries in Bali to high end bakeries like Bali Bakery, The Harvest, Poule de Lux, Monsieur Spoon, etc in Bali, Holland Bakery isn’t too expensive.
They always have fresh bread and Pastries everyday.
Beside in Tuban, they also have few other outlets in Bali. As one of their regular customers that always come at least once a week in every outlet, all outlets so far for me have good service and staffs are so friendly and helpful.
