Everything was fantastic. Very clean, nice ambiance, good breakfast buffet, wonderful staff. The employees are so polite and accommodating. They will go out of their way to honor your request. There's a free airport shuttle and the hotel is super close.

The pool is nice, the rooms are nice...

It is the best hotel near airport. The rooms are small. So if you have an early flight to catch, you can stay the previous night and reach airport worry free (same way I did). They offer free airport shuttle starting every hour which is a nice way to avoid looking for taxi or walking 15 mins to the airport.

This place is absolutely disgusting, before even getting to the room we were greeted by 20+ mosquitoes in the reception and the dining area is only about 5 meters from there. The rooms were dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned. The wall and floor in the bathroom had stains all over which they claim were “chemical stains” but I could easily wipe off with a wet tissue so clearly they don’t care about cleaning their rooms thoroughly. It looks nice from the outside and the reviews didn’t seem that bad but please reconsider before staying at this place.

I wouldn't say a 4 star hotel but I think its best in the locality. Very convenient to get to the airport..
But rooms are very small . Bathrooms are not good at all. The toiletries are below standard for a 4 star.
Okay for a night to get to the airport early morning.
Free shuttle available every hour.

2 stars for helping us cancel duplicated booking.
We’ve stayed here for 2 nights. The services and hardwares are quite disappointed as a 4-star hotel.
There were annoying mosquitoes, stain on comforter, table, and sofa in our first room, and strong smell of smoke in the second room despite the fact that we requested for a non-smoking one. We asked for exchange to another room, and the reception said they will bring the new room key to us. It turned out nobody bring us the key, we had to go down to the reception to exchange ourselves. It was an awful experience.

They directly provided me with 1 smoking room that have very strong cigarette smell without even bother to ny preference.

They have not actively asked their guests' flight schedule to accomodate early breakfast for guest with early flight, it make me went to airport without one.

Only one lift which confusion to used.

Location is good since it close to some food kiosks.

We booked ahead for a couple of say as we had stayed here before. We asked if we could do something for my sons breakfast the following morning as it was his 10th birthday, they went out of their way to make a cake and staff sang happy birthday to him most exciting for him. The suite we booked for the price was excellent. Pool frontage, clean larfe and very well equipped, we will be back again
