This is good hotel for 4 star hotel. The price is not that expensive. The room is large and for deluxe room it have like living room, balcony event with no views. But it's still good. Parking is very limited i guess if the hotel in full of guests. Breakfast experience is not good as i expected because in other 4 star hotel maybe you can choose and pick your food and drink by yourself. But here you'll get Menu and you must choose from it. So they'll serve your food to your table.

One night, I walked out to meet the gojek delivery and the security guard grabbed me and asked for a kiss. We told the reception and all they mentioned was they would investigate, the next few days we would ask and they had no comments. If this is not a warning, i cant say anymore. I was Harassed by the villa’s Security. The best part? The review on airbnb said I was drunk and I made things difficult?????????????

Stayed there for 4 nights. One night we came back and there was no water in the entire villa. We had to wait till morning to call the reception as its apparently not 24/7 if you call after 10+ there is no one to attend to you for the rest of the night. Absolutely terrible reception service. Rude and unfriendly. Never gave us an answer as to why we went without water for more than 7 hrs.

It was constantly raining but the villa had provided no umbrellas or service at all for you to walk out. Just get rained on. The buggy cart was also always not available (cos the driver is not working?) and the day of checkout it was unavailable? So the reception came and dragged my luggage on the pebbled ground all the way to the front.

Room service is very poor. I have
never seen such room design, where we can not even take our luggage or trolley bags into the room directly.No vegetarian breakfast available after commitment at the time of booking.In such four Star hotel, no fruits u0026no juice in breakfast. No cornflakes.
Vegetarian Indian tourist never come to this hotel

I never seen such poor service. At the time of booking they have agreed about vegetarian breakfast. We observed that, in breakfast, no fruit, no juice. For tea / coffee, we have to provide option. Rooms are also not good. Never seen hotel, charging separate for swimming pool. All indian tourist are requested, not book this hotel based on photos on site

Positives
Attentive staff, rooms reasonable, good wifi, good selection of 4 tv channels, daily room clean, cheap to reasonable rate per night, discount if long stay, massage parlour and restaurant on-site, cheap rates for food, great massage, good sized pool
Negatives
Few staff understood English, linen were stained, Western menu did not match western food, we paid for a package deal that included buffet that did not exist, massage parlour tried to over charge us, far from eateries and beaches, no swim up pool like brochure suggests
Overall, has potential but unfortunately not hitting the mark......

Noisy neighbors no surveillance, also drones spinning at 4am (whose?) look over our private pool villa. We stayed 3 nights with poor service, since check-in we requested ice cubes until checkout was not delivered.
we followed the motorbike parking rules in the space provided but there was a foreigner parking in front of the villa and it was just ignored.

Friendly staff. Room is large and quiet. Slow water, toilet is a pain to flush. Expect some creepy crawly. Location is a a bit far from downtown, 15 mins to canngu by bike or car. Overall, nice villa with nice pools and Good value for money.
